1. What Is JJ's World?

JJ's World is a self-contained, browser-based game platform — similar in concept to Roblox, but smaller, more controlled, and designed with child safety as the top priority. Players:

• Create an account using a username only — no real name or email required.
• Play games (parkour, racing, PVP arenas, mini-games).
• Build and share their own worlds and maps.
• Earn and spend JJ Coins (a virtual in-game currency).
• Add friends and play together through the platform.

JJ's World requires no app download. It runs entirely in a web browser. It contains no third-party advertising.

2. What Your Child Can Do

• Play games — parkour obstacle courses, kart racing, PVP arenas, and mini-games.
• Build worlds — create maps and environments block by block and publish them for others to play.
• Earn JJ Coins — by playing games, completing challenges, and participating in events.
• Spend JJ Coins — in the shop on cosmetic items like skins, trails, and accessories.
• Chat with friends — through in-game chat, which is filtered and monitored.
• Add friends — and play together in the same worlds.

4. Data We Collect About Your Child

We collect the absolute minimum to operate the account:

• Username — chosen by the user. Must not be a real name.
• Password — stored as an encrypted hash. We cannot see or recover it.
• Gameplay data — JJ Coins balance, items owned, saved worlds, friends list.
• Server logs — IP address and login timestamps for security only. Not shared.

We do not collect: real names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, location data, or any other sensitive personal information from children.

5. JJ Coins & Signup Bonus

JJ Coins are the in-game virtual currency of JJ's World. Important things to know:

• JJ Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be converted to cash.
• Coins are used to purchase cosmetic in-game items (skins, accessories, etc.).
• Coins can be earned by playing games, completing challenges, or using gift card codes.
• Additional coins can be purchased through the in-game shop using PayPal.
• Coins cannot be transferred between accounts.

6. In-App Purchases

JJ's World offers optional purchases of additional JJ Coins through the in-game shop. All purchases are processed by PayPal. We do not store credit card numbers.

Gift Card Codes

JJ's World gift card codes are available through Amazon, Walmart, and directly through the website. These are single-use codes that add a fixed amount of JJ Coins to an account. Gift cards are a parent-friendly way to give your child coins without exposing a payment method in-game.

7. Refund Policy for Parents

We understand that children sometimes make purchases without parental knowledge or consent.

Unauthorized Purchase by a Minor

If your child made a purchase on JJ's World without your knowledge or consent, you may request a refund review by emailing support@jjsworld.ca within 30 days of the charge. Please include:

• Your child's username
• The date and amount of the charge
• The PayPal transaction ID
• A brief explanation

We review these on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 5 business days. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act or equivalent provincial legislation. Canadian federal consumer protection laws may also apply.

8. Parental Consent

By allowing your child to create an account on JJ's World, you are providing consent for the minimal data described in our Privacy Policy to be collected and stored for the purpose of operating the account.

If your child is under 13 and located in the United States, verifiable parental consent is required under COPPA before the child uses the platform. If you have not yet reviewed and consented, please email us at support@jjsworld.ca and we can assist with the consent process or account deletion if preferred.

If your child is under 13 and located in Canada, meaningful parental consent is required under PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws. By allowing your child to create an account, you are providing that consent.

9. How to Delete Your Child's Account

You have the right to request deletion of your child's account and all associated data at any time. To do so:

1. Email support@jjsworld.ca with subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include your child's username and a brief confirmation that you are the parent or legal guardian.
3. We will delete the account within 5 business days and confirm by reply.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All gameplay data, JJ Coins, items, and worlds will be permanently removed.

What to Do If You Are Concerned

If your child has received any communication on JJ's World that concerns you — whether it seems like an adult trying to get personal information, arrange a meeting, or send inappropriate messages — please:

• Take screenshots immediately.
• Email support@jjsworld.ca with subject line "Safety Concern" — we treat these as urgent.
• Report the user using the in-game report button.
• If you believe a crime has occurred or your child is in danger, contact local law enforcement immediately.
