JJ's World is a kid-friendly game platform for building, exploring, collecting virtual items, and playing safely with others. By creating an account or using JJ's World, you agree to these Terms of Service.
👤 User Rules
- Do not share personal information such as your real name, address, phone number, or email — in chat, usernames, or world names.
- Do not abuse chat or use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate language.
- Do not harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other players.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, chat filters, or moderation systems.
- Do not share account credentials or attempt to access another player's account.
- Do not use cheats, exploits, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
🪙 JJ Coins
- JJ Coins are virtual currency used within JJ's World only. They have no real-world monetary value.
- New accounts receive 100 JJ Coins free upon registration.
- Additional JJ Coins may be purchased through the in-game shop or redeemed via gift card codes.
- JJ Coins are non-transferable between accounts.
- JJ Coins are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (see Refund Policy below).
- JJ's World reserves the right to adjust coin balances in cases of abuse, fraud, or chargebacks.
Refund Policy
Purchased JJ Coins: Purchases of JJ Coins are generally final and non-refundable once coins have been added to your account wallet. If a technical error caused a duplicate charge or coins were not delivered, please contact support@jjsworld.ca within 7 days and we will investigate.
Unauthorized Purchases: If a child made a purchase without parental consent, parents may request a review by contacting support within 30 days of the charge. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
Legal Rights: Nothing in this policy removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including Canadian consumer protection legislation.
👮 Moderation & Bans
JJ's World is moderated 24/7. The following actions may result in account suspension or permanent ban:
- Repeated violation of user rules.
- Sharing or soliciting personal information.
- Fraudulent coin purchases or chargebacks.
- Using exploits or hacks to disrupt gameplay.
Banned accounts forfeit remaining JJ Coins unless the ban is successfully appealed. Appeals can be sent to support@jjsworld.ca.
🛡️ Safety
- Do not share real names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, or school names.
- All chat is filtered. Personal information is automatically replaced with "---".
- Players can mute or block any other player at any time.
- Suspicious behaviour can be reported using the in-game report button.
⚖️ Changes to These Terms
JJ's World may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Major changes will be announced in-game.
